Shipping & Return Policy


  • FREE SHIPPING on all domestic (United States) orders of $100 and more.
  • FREE SHIPPING on all international orders of $200 and more (excluding customs fees). 
  • Domestic orders will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. However, some orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We will send you an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 
  • The Servant is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
  • Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact SUPPORT@THESERVANT.CO and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.  

International Orders

  • International shipping time varies depending on the location. Generally it will take 3-4 weeks for International orders to arrive. However, due to COVID-19 there may be some delays in shipment. We appreciate your understanding.
  • All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's customs fees at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.


  • We will accept returns for items that are in brand new condition (not washed, worn, nor altered), with the original sheer bag, and are received back within 30 days of delivery date.
  • We are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, etc., simply return the item per the policy described and purchase the item you wish to receive.
  • Please mail returns meeting the above guidelines to the return address provided on your package. 
  • Once your return is received, our team will process your refund, which will be the cost of the product(s) returned less shipping charges. Please note that, depending on your bank's policies, it may take a few business days for the refund to reach your account once it has been processed by us.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of a return, unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
  • If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to review it. If we deem the mistake was our fault, we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. Simply email us at SUPPORT@THESERVANT.CO with the following information:
                1. Your order number.
                2. A brief written description of the issue.
                3. Evidence / a picture of the issue.
      • If your order contains an incomplete item, please let us know by emailing us at SUPPORT@THESERVANT.CO along with the order number. We will ship out your missing item(s) if the item is still in stock. If it is not in stock, you will be refunded for the cost of the product.
      • We will not be responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been washed or worn.
      • All issues must be reported within 15 days of receiving the order for us to review. Unfortunately, we cannot review possible issues reported after 15 days. 
      Order Cancellations & Modifications
      • All orders are processed on the next business day. If you happen to make a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately before your order is processed. Once it is processed, you cannot change, cancel or modify your order. 
      • All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance. In the event that the item you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as we can.
      • We reserve the right to change the products listed on the website without prior notice and/or may limit from time to time the quantity of products that may be ordered during a single buying session. We may also modify or discontinue any products on the website. If The Servant discontinues the item you have ordered, we will issue you a full refund for any product purchased but not yet shipped.
